Questionnaire for a request to access to EDEN data
This short questionnaire (less than 5 minutes) constitutes an expression of interest for the data of the EDEN cohort. It allows us to make a first evaluation of the feasibility of your project with regard to the data available in the cohort. In case of a positive answer, a second questionnaire will be sent to you later so that you can provide more detailed information for a more in-depth evaluation of the project.
